These terms govern your use of the MyUniWise website and waitlist (myuniwise.com, myuniwise.tekloomy.in, and related pages). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
MyUniWise is a college-discovery product operated by Tekloomy. Contact: support@tekloomy.in.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you at the address you give us when the product opens, when a tool is ready, or when we need to reach you about this list. It is not a paid subscription, a guaranteed seat, or a promise of a launch date. We may delay, change, or cancel the public launch.
You must give an email address you control. Do not join with someone else’s address. We may remove addresses that bounce, look automated, or are used to spam the form.
The product is not live yet
Features described on the coming-soon page (college finder, comparisons, exam calendar, predictors, Ask a senior, and similar) are planned. They may ship later, in a different form, or not at all. Nothing on the marketing page is an offer of admission, counselling, or a ranking you should treat as official.
No substitute for official sources
When MyUniWise launches, figures such as fees, cut-offs, and dates will be compiled from public notices. They can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm with the college, exam body, or counselling authority before you apply or pay. We are not a university, counsellor, or agent, and we do not guarantee admission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- probe, scrape, or overload the site in a way that harms other visitors;
- submit malware, false emails, or bulk automated signups;
- copy the site’s design, text, or illustrations to pretend you are MyUniWise;
- use the waitlist to send us unlawful, abusive, or confidential personal data we did not ask for.
Intellectual property
The MyUniWise name, owl, layout, and copy on this site belong to Tekloomy / MyUniWise. You may not reuse them for a competing product without written permission. You keep ownership of the email address you submit; you grant us the right to use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. That policy is part of these terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that waitlist mail will always arrive (your provider may mark it as spam). To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about exams, colleges, or fees based on this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is material and you are on the waitlist, we will email you.
